VALUE: 3 CR TO 30000 CR

TYPE: RESIDENTIAL / COMMERCIAL / INDUSTRIAL / AGRICULTURAL

LOAN SHARING BASIS: 50-50
 

Terms and conditions from collateral provider/owner side: 

1. All induction charges in company will be bear by company only.

2. All Bank expenses will be bear by company only.

3. All traveling expenses will be bear by company only for collateral owner + 2 persons.

4. Half of the all above expenses, company can deduct from the disbursement amount.

Terms and conditions from Qolaris side: 

1. Our commission will be 3% of the loan amount used by company.

2. Work will be start after the token fees of Rs. 11000 non refundable, further can be adjusted from our commission on disbursement.

3. We will provide clean title with complete owner KYC and Video of collateral and owner within 30 days of token.

4. Meeting will be done with collateral owner in our office only.

5. Loan arrangements will be done by you only.

6. We will give you collateral from pan India.
